On March 27th and April 1st, we informed all our members about the intended compensation scheme. Although SwimGym cannot accommodate compensation requests related to coronavirus, SwimGym does offers a solution for members.
We offer you compensation to make up for your missed sessions as much as possible and, at the same time, allow SwimGym to keep offering our services in the future.SwimGym finds itself in a challenging situation. We are the only independent operating swimming pool and we need to keep the pool operational during this closure. In difficult times solidarity is crucial, the solution we offer is based on this.
The coronavirus has a huge impact on society and the consequences are unforeseen for all of us at the moment. SwimGym obviously has no influence on this and, like everyone else, we have to wait and see what will happen next. It is beyond our sphere of influence. As a consequence SwimGym cannot honour refund or pausing requests regarding coronavirus.
