On March 27th and April 1st, we informed all our members about the intended compensation scheme. Although SwimGym cannot accommodate compensation requests related to coronavirus, SwimGym does offers a solution for members. Please visit the compensation scheme for members.
The exact details of the intended compensation scheme depends on the duration of the closure and will be finalised once we reopen. We will inform you as soon as we can.
It is an unprecedented exceptional situation in The Netherlands. Given the fact that the sport & fitness clubs cannot offer the services is due to drastic government measures. The closure is beyond our sphere of influence. As a consequence SwimGym cannot honour refund and pausing requests regarding coronavirus.
Terms and Conditions SwimGym Pools apply. Immediate termination of the Participant Agreement is not possible given the special nature of the situation. The same applies to suspend the payment obligation (e.g. direct debit). The regular conditions apply, e.g. for changing membership, pausing or cancellation.
