What was the update about 'lifted restrictions during swimming' on July 1st?

Updated national protocol Swim Responsibly: NO RESTRICTIONS anymore DURING SWIMMING. 

Dear members,

As of today (July 1st) all sports activities are allowed again, including fitness and all contact sports.

The national swimming pool protocol Swim Responsibly has also been updated. One of the main adjustments is that there are NO RESTRICTIONS anymore DURING SWIMMING, e.g. distancing restrictions, overtaking and starting from both sides. This applies to all SwimGym activities; SWOD, laps and personal training.

However, we do encourage to keep distance and give way as much as possible and to respect fellow members while resting.

Wearing your swim suit upon arrival has also been lifted. However, we do ask you to change quickly to avoid mixing in/out going traffic.

Reminder of our key instructions:

- arrive 15 minutes prior to the activity
- max 4 people in changing room
- one-way traffic and distancing in changing rooms, shower area and on pool deck
- laps: only exit the pool after 35 minutes or 60 minutes after the start.
