TECHNIQUE MASTERCLASS
Join us on September 29th at 7pm and learn everything about the freestyle technique and how you can improve it yourself. Coach Saskia will explain the science of swimming with instruction videos, coach Johan will answer all of your questions.
The masterclass is Dutch spoken and has limited capacity (25 persons) due to safety regulations. Also accessible for non-members.
HELP EACH OTHER - KEEP DISTANCE!
After the holidays most members go back to training full swing, so now is a good time to remind you of our SwimGym Social Distancing protocol. SwimGym follows the national ‘Swim Responsibly’ protocol issued by the Dutch swimming pool associations and the RIVM. We have added extra safety measures to swim safely and responsibly.
In the current protocol there are no restrictions while swimming. The strong effect of chlorine infused water and strict air ventilation regulations in swimming pools minimise the risk of spreading the coronavirus.
However we do ask you to keep as much distance as possible during group instruction or while resting. Please help and respect each other to keep distance, even if this means our pool rules cannot be followed. Our coaches will remind you prior to the SWOD’s.
Outside the water we keep distance at all times. Our check-in procedure, maximum capacity in the changing rooms, limited showering and oneway traffic on pool deck remain in effect. As well as the additional hygiene measures taken.
By working together and staying alert we can maintain our safe environment and swim responsibly. Please read all members instructions once more, we hope to see you again soon in the pool.
