What was the update about 'Upcoming holiday season and membership updates' on November 27th?

In this update we would like to inform you about the upcoming holiday opening hours, changes to our low hour memberships and adjusted prices in 2021.

But first...THANK YOU!
The past year has been challenging and difficult in many ways for all of us. The closure was not easy, especially having to miss out on your swimming. Although the government measures serve a great cause, it is upsetting for our member community at the same time.

Although we have fewer members than before and a waiting list for new members, the government restrictions regarding maximum capacity make it challenging to book your favourite sessions at the moment. We expect that this will change for the better within the next weeks.

We would like to thank you for your support, understanding and patience in these challenging times as we hope to go back to 'normal' as soon as possible.

As an extra 'thank you' we decided to STAY OPEN during the upcoming holidays.

HOLIDAY OPENING HOURS
During the holidays we are open with adjusted opening hours:

December 24th: 6:30am-6pm (Christmas Eve)
December 25th: 10am-4pm (Christmas Day)
December 26th: 10am-4pm (Boxing Day)
December 31st: 6:30am-6pm (New Years Eve)
January 1st: 10am-4pm (New Years Day)

As of December 1st it is compulsary to wear a mask in public spaces. This is not applicable once you have entered SwimGym.

LOW HOUR MEMBERSHIPS
In the past year we have noticed an increased flexibility in training times since more people are working from home. As a result, the difference between regular and low hours has disappeared and there are no off-peak hours anymore. We therefore discontinue offering low hour memberships.

Current monthly low hour memberships will continue for a maximum of one year or until you change/cancel your membership.
Current year low hours membership will continue until period end.
For current memberships the low hours remain applicable: weekdays 08:30-17:00 and weekend after 12:00 hour.

ADJUSTED PRICES 2021
The annual price adjustment due to inflation will take place from January 1st, 2021. For memberships the average increase is about 4%. WHAT IS YOUR 2021 GOAL?
At SwimGym we don't believe in resolutions. We believe in goal setting! Although most triathlon and open water races were cancelled this year, we are curious to learn about your next goals in sports. Let our coaches know if you need any help achieving your personal goals in 2021.
