Spring is in the air and the weather is getting better so we have added extra outdoor training options for you until SwimGym reopens. Since reopening is getting closer, this is a good moment to get back into 'swimsuit shape’.
As of April 6th we will add Cardio Circuit Training and Running Classes to our compensation scheme. In addition to your Dryland Personal Training you can join these new classes with your regular SwimGym swimming credits (punchcard members as well!) so you can train more times a week.
Our outdoor workouts are accessible for all fitness levels, read below what to expect and how you can join.

CARDIO CIRCUIT TRAINING
Boost your stamina with our 45 minute Cardio Circuit Training. This workout is less about strength and more about endurance, using bodyweight exercises only. You can join the Cardio Circuit Training via the Dryland schedule with your regular SwimGym credits, so you can train as often as your membership allows you to.
Mon-Fri: between 6pm - 8.15pm
Sat: between 8:15am - 10.30am
Location: Dryland playground (next to The Student Hotel)

RUNNING CLASSES
Improve your running skills and go for a run in the Oosterpark with SwimGym coach and triathlon expert Gonçalo. These 60 minute Running Classes will be individually scaled to your personal running level so anybody can join!
Book your Running Classes with your regular SwimGym credits in the Dryland schedule.
Mon + Wed: 6pm / 7:15pm
Sat: 9am / 10:15am
Meeting point: restaurant Baut (next to The Student Hotel)

REDEEM OR BUY DRYLAND CREDITS
In case you want to do more Dryland Personal Training sessions, please contact us for the possibilities. You can exchange your compensation for dryland credits or buy extra credits. If you have a punchcard and you are interested to train outside, you can exchange punchcard credits for dryland credits as well.
