Team Swimgym did an excellent job at the Masters swimming competition in Vlaardingen last Sunday🔥 Personal records were set or broken while swimmers were both nervous and excited at the same time. Overall it was great fun seeing everybody stepping out of their comfort zone and perform their best. Have a look at the results and join in next time.
Just as fun was the dive clinic last Friday in the Marnixbad as a warm-up for the competition. Lots of progress was made together with members of swimming club Upstream Amsterdam. We will keep you informed about new clinic dates.
Furthermore, in this update we would like to inform you about new competition dates, our opening times during the holidays and adjusted pricing for 2022.

JANUARY 9th: SWIM MEET LEIDEN
The masters swimming competition in Leiden will take place on Sunday January 9th from 13:00-16:00 pm in swimming pool De Zijl. The 50 and 100 meters events of all strokes are on the program, as well as the 4x100 freestyle relay where once again the SwimGym coaches will participate in.

FEBRUARI 12th: VALENTINE TOURNAMENT
The popular and colourful Valentine Tournament takes place on Saturday February 12th in the Noorderparkbad in Amsterdam Noord.
Registration goes directly via the website of Upstream Amsterdam (organisers). To participate you will also need a KNZB competition license and a day start license which both can be requested via Swimgym website or at the SwimGym reception.

COMPETITION SWOD'S
Practise your (flip)turns and other racing skills during the Competition SWOD's on Thursday December 30th and January 6th at 7:30pm. You can book this SWOD 7 days in advance with your regular credits in the SWOD schedule. All levels are welcome, also when you're not competing (yet).

ADJUSTED PRICING 2022
Due to inflation, the annual pricing adjustments will go into effect as of January 1st 2022. Membership prices will increase with an average of 2,5%.
