Needless to say this is a huge disappointment, especially after everything we have been through together in the last period. However, we have always managed to get through it as a SwimGym community 💛 and we will again this time.
What you need to know:
- We offer compensation similar to our previous schemes. Read more about it below.
- The validity of punchcards, personal training sessions and Try-Outs will automatically be extended.
- Current bookings will be cancelled and credits will automatically be refunded.

ONLINE DRYLAND TRAINING
During the lockdown we offer daily ONLINE DRYLAND TRAINING on our YouTube channel. These 30-minute workouts are exclusively for our members and guarantee to keep you fit and flexible during lockdown.
Join in via the NEWS section in the SwimGym App or online portal. Live workouts start at 10am or can be followed on demand.

COMPENSATION
The compensation is applicable for the current period of closure and is based on your type of membership:
SwimGym membership (2 sessions/week)
- Credit compensation. For each missed week you are entitled to one compensation credit:
- Once we reopen you automatically receive the first two compensation credits on top of your weekly credits. - To prevent an overflow of bookings, the remaining compensation credits can be requested at the reception within the first month after we have reopened. and
- Alternative training: online dryland workouts to stay fit.
SwimGym Unlimited membership
- Discount on a personal training session. Receive 50% discount on a single personal training session, only upon request at the reception within the first month after we have reopened.

- Pause option. Once we have reopened, you have the possibility to pause your membership for one week in case you're not in a position to swim sometime. Upon request at the reception within one month after reopening, this pause option can be used before May 1st 2022.

Punchcard, Personal Training & Try-Out
- Credits of current bookings will be returned automatically.
- Extension of validity. The validity of punchcards, personal training credits and Try-Outs will be extended automatically.

MEMBERSHIP DIRECT DEBIT Monthly and year memberships will continue as well as the direct debit, which will take place at the beginning of the month as usual. Given the compensation offered and the exceptional situation, the Membership Agreement does not offer a suspension or refund of the direct debit. |

CONDITIONS COMPENSATION
The details of the compensation conditions will be published on our website in the Frequently Asked Questions section:
- This compensation scheme is applicable up to and including January 31st 2022.
- Compensation is only valid with an active membership (membership is not cancelled, paused or changed during closure and you don't have open payments).
- Compensation applies to the membership/product during closure and cannot be transferred to another membership/product.
- In the event additional measures are taken by the government, such as an extension of the closing period, we may introduce a new compensation scheme as of February 1st 2022.
