In the SwimGym pool you work intensely with a personal trainer on your swimming technique and overall fitness. Personal training is very effective if you want to improve your swimming faster or if you like to train individually with a coach. You and your trainer work together to achieve your goals, regardless of your swimming level.
Personal training is a supplement purchase to your SwimGym membership. You need to have an active month/year membership. You can choose between a personal training package of 10 sessions, 5 sessions or book a single session personal training.
For non-members we offer 5-sessions or single sessions personal training.
Sufficient swimming skills (requirements of Dutch swimming certificate level A) are required.
