If a payment is late (or disputed or fails), your account will be locked. You will receive instructions by email on how to settle the payment and when your account will be re-activated.
To update your payment information;
1. Go to https://swimgym.com/users/sign_in and log in with your credentials. If you forgot your password you can update it here: https://swimgym.com/users/password/new.
2. After you log in, go to your personal account https://swimgym.com/account (on desktop, click on your name in the top right corner) and click on 'Payments and subscription' https://swimgym.com/subscription.
3. Here you can update the payment information. Click on 'Change Payment Method'. Then you will see the payment options you have. Once updated, our payment provider will charge this payment method.
