You will need to cancel if you are unable to attend your SwimGym pool personal training. Your reservation can be cancelled via the schedule in the SwimGym App or website. With timely cancellation on a flexible package you automatically receive your credit back.

Different terms and conditions apply to fixed personal training packages, this depends on the number of sessions included in the package.
