At SwimGym we differentiate three swimming levels in which we offer group training:
STARTER-LEVEL (NOVICE)
You have sufficient swimming experience and you are able to swim 100 meters (4 laps) non-stop in any stroke on an easy pace. The goal is to learn and improve the freestyle technique (front crawl).
MID-LEVEL (INTERMEDIATE)
You are able to swim several repetitions of 200 meters non-stop freestyle (front crawl) on an easy pace. The goal is to improve the freestyle technique and build stamina and speed.
PRO-LEVEL (ADVANCED)
You are an experienced swimmer and you are able to swim freestyle in different speeds over various distances. The goal is to improve your swimming in general and enjoy challenging workouts.
