With a doctor's statement you can temporarily pause a pool membership or punchcard in case of a longterm illness, injury or pregnancy. A doctor's statement can be issued by your doctor or an independent advisor like a physiotherapist, hospital or doctor's practice. The statement must indicate that you are unable to swim and for which period you cannot swim. A copy from a section of the medical file showing this will also be sufficient. The (medical) reasons is not important and we ask you not to submit this information. After all this is privacy sensitive information.
