Pause can only be honoured under the following conditions:
- In the event of a long-term illness, injury or pregnancy.
- A doctor’s statement that swimming is not possible.
- Minimum of 2 months and maximum of 6 months.
- Pausing cannot be backdated.
- Start and enddate cannot be changed.
- Pausing for pregnancy is possible 6 weeks before expected date.
- During the pause you cannot cancel your SwimGym membership.
- In case of an outstanding payment the pause will stop immediately.
- Pause will only start AFTER CONFIRMATION SwimGym with start and enddate.
The pause will be considered after we received:
- A doctor’s statement that swimming is not possible.
- Required end date for the pause.
