Too late cancelation / no-show conditions

- Only via website / app.
- In case of cancellation on time, credit will be returned, in case of too late cancellation, a note will be made.
- Free cancellation SWOD / LAPS / Dryland 8 hours, PT / Try-Out 24 hours.
- If you have a booking but are still absent, you register a no-show. From the third no-show an amount of € 7.50 will be charged.
- In case of repeated late cancellation or no-show, a warning will be given and SwimGym may reconsider the membership.
- SwimGym events cannot be canceled free of charge.
