SwimGym year membership;
- Train maximum 2 times a week (2 credits a week, valid 2 weeks*) for group training (SWOD) and laps
- Maximum 1 booking a day for group activity (SWOD)
- Dryland 1 free credit a week included (one week valid, based on availability)
- Free cancellation SWOD / Laps / Dryland minimum 12 hours in advance. In case of too late cancellation or no-show, a note will be registered. In case of repeated cancellation or no-shows, a notice will be issued and SwimGym may reconsider the membership
- When no timely cancellation has taken place you will lose the credit.
- The cancellation policy also applies when you like to change your booking or in case the training is not fully booked yet.
- A no-show will be charged by direct debit if you are absent without a cancellation
- Payment by monthly direct debit
- Cannot be terminated prematurely (Cancellation only via SwimGym App or website)
- After the year membership contract period, the membership will continue in a monthly membership. This monthly membership, at the applicable monthly rate, has one calendar month notice.
- In case of a pause due to long-term illness, injury or pregnancy, the period of the annual membership will be extended by the duration of the approved pause
- The Participant Agreement is strictly personal
- The Terms & Conditions SwimGym Pools / Privacy apply. In line with this agreement the purchase is non-refundable
* In the event you cannot train during a week, SwimGym provides without obligation the service of two weeks credit validity to facilitate the bookings can be made.
